Worked with Nico ( A.K.A. Nicole ) and found her to be very responsive, welcoming and on the ball with her knowledge. We had asked a few last minute items and she came through each time. She went above and beyond for us and help to ensure a smooth process.
On a side note, if you are a buyer, make sure to ask for a final cleaning inspection prior to your move in and if possible ask Nico to write into your contract the need for a professional cleaning service that the sellers should cover. You will be happy you did!
